“Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp” is the program that started it all. Our most popular training program, its the number one rated group fitness experience in Brooklyn boasting consistent Five-Star reviews on Yelp and featured on CBS, in Time Out New York, the Daily News, VivMag, and Brooklyn Based. Small Group Personal Training Combining the energy and camaraderie of Group Training with the individualized attention of Private Personal Training (see below), small group or “semi-private” personal training is offered in 30-minute blocks with groups of 2-4 people. Small group personal training sessions are generally built around a fixed schedule and/or common fitness goals. All Small Group participants will have one private session at the start of their training to ensure they have a basic foundation and understanding of essential movements, exercises, and form.

Private Personal Training One-on-one personalized coaching for clients with very specific goals and/or needs. We build a customized program including all aspects of fitness (strength, conditioning, flexibility) along with nutrition guidance where applicable.
