We're not another Park Slope gym. Quinn Essential Fitness offers result-driven fitness training and transformation programs. Our first priority is that every person who walks through our door gets life-changing results in a one-of-a-kind fun, energizing and supportive environment. Each of our programs is outlined below. We recommend reading through this page first.  Then, depending on your personal goals, individual needs, and budget chose the option that's best for you.

Fitness Boot Camp

“Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp” is our most popular training program, boasting consistent Five-Star reviews on Yelp and featured on CBS, in Time Out New York, the Daily News, VivMag, and Brooklyn Based.

Don't let the "boot camp" description scare you! We design these workouts so that you'll be able to start at your fitness level.


Small Group Fitness

Combines the energy and camaraderie of group Training with the individualized attention of Private Personal Training.

Small Group or “semi-private” personal training is offered in 30-minute blocks with groups of 2-4 people.

Small group personal training sessions are generally built around a fixed schedule and/or common fitness goals.


Private Training

One-on-one personalized coaching for clients with very specific goals and needs.

We build a customized program including all aspects of fitness (strength, conditioning, flexibility) along with nutrition guidance where applicable.

Scheduling is completely flexible and built around your requirements.
