Quinn Essential Fitness offers small group fitness classes designed specifically for kids (ages 7-12).
These high-energy, fun-filled classes introduce boys and girls to fitness in a friendly, collaborative environment. Captain Quinn’s Kids Fitness program in Park Slope has two main goals:
To improve agility, coordination and endurance.
To help develop confidence, leadership, teamwork skills and sense of community.
Classes are taught or supervised by certified and respected instructors Lauren Howe and Jon Quinn. All exercises and class routines can be modified for any ability level and we strive to provide an inclusive and comfortable environment for everyone.
We offer free introductory classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30PM during the Spring, Winter, and Fall. See below for registration information for our next session.

Boys and girls ages 7-12 of all fitness levels welcome.
$250 per student for One Day Per Week; $475 for Both Days
Located at 10 Whitwell Place (just off Carroll St between 3rd Ave and 4th Ave).
After-school Pick-up is possible for an additional fee of $5 per day on a limited basis
Late Pick-up (supervised homework time from 4:30-5:30PM) available for an additional $10 per day
To register for a free introductory class, click ONE of the “REGISTER” links below. You will be charged for the program after your first class unless he/she (or you) decide the program is not right for them. You will not be charged until after your child attends their first class.
